PBi-Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist Wendy Gordon hit the airwaves again in Portland, OR discussing the benefits of placenta capsules for postpartum recovery. I love that this time Wendy was sporting her fabulous PBi Chef Jacket in the footage.

This coverage is notable for the most use of the word “gross” in a single story. They even took some of the client’s interview out of context in order to fit the word in a few more times (she was saying “really gross” in reference to something else).

Ah, well. Reporters have to put their spin on it, and I guess they thought it was gross! Regardless, the story ends up being positive, and once again, it’s just important that mothers out there hear the message. They can make up their own minds if it’s gross.
