Sara Pereira in Los Angeles is now a Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist in affiliation with PBi. She has been busy preparing placentas for clients using the PBi method of placenta encapsulation, completed the required food safety handling course and recently appeared in a TIME Magazine article on the benefits of placenta encapsulation. Sara serves most of LA including Westside, Eastside and Valley areas.
In her own words:
“I will start by saying that I am so proud to be affiliated with
Placenta Benefits (PBi). When I first started this journey in December of
2007, I was on my own, figuring out the logistics as I went along, but
now I have been officially trained and certified through PBi and am
part of an amazing network of other specialists around the country.
The last couple of years have been a wonderful journey of transition.
I did my first placenta encapsulation in December of 2007, found
Placenta Benefits, found my husband, became a Certified Placenta
Encapsulation Specialist, turned 30, got married the next day, and was
featured in TIME Magazine for my placenta encapsulation services a few
weeks later. And last week I hit a record of preparing seven
placentas in one week. I hope to break that record on a consistent
basis as word gets out of the amazing benefits of a new mother’s
encapsulated placenta.
I am so proud of what I do and am so honored to be such an important
part of a new mother’s post-partum recovery. Thanks Jodi for all of
your training and knowledge and all the work you continue to do for
the betterment of women.”
